Where do you ship?  
We currently ship to the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the UK. We also ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.  

Shipping Speeds & Cost  
- USPS First Class Mail (3-8 business days): $3.00 
- USPS First Class Mail International(11-15 business days): $10.00  

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to receive and process your order.   

Please Note: International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country's customs department upon arrival. RANGE BEAUTY is not responsible for any import taxes and/or customs duties.   

When will my order ship?
3 easy steps: you order, we process, we ship.  

Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and shipping. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is received, then a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, and a delivery confirmation email once successfully delivered.   
Please Note: RANGE BEAUTY is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced shipments. We are also not responsible for intercepting packages that were sent to the wrong address. Please make sure you double check the “ship to” address!

Can I return or exchange my order? 
Currently, all sales are final and we do not accept exchanges or cancellations. Contact us and let us assist you further prior to purchasing if you have any doubts/questions.   

My products arrived damaged, what can I do?
We want to know when this happens. Please notify us within three business days of your products being delivered if there was an issue with the shipping carrier.   

What if the color looked different online?
RANGE BEAUTY tries to accurately display and represent the colors of the products, however, the actual colors you see may depend on your monitor, screen resolution, undertones and more. Make sure to try a sample if you're unsure of a shade or its undertone.

Are your products right for my skin type?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, will not clog pores, paraben and sulfate free, as well as synthetic dyes and fragrances free. Our products are a fit whether you have sensitive, oily, dry, or combo skin. 

Can I order samples?
Yes! We know how difficult it is finding your foundation shade online. Check out our sample section!

Will my product melt/dry/freeze/expire/etc.?
If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker, thinner, or separated texture. Use products within 12 Months of Purchase or 6 months after opening for best product quality.

My product has separation, what does that mean?
We incorporate key skincare ingredients into our makeup products. These ingredients, like antioxidants and Vitamin C Ester, are key to healthy skin, but don’t get adopted into makeup formulas very well. If your product separates in the bottle, we ask that you simply shake it up or stir it before you apply it. The best technique is to turn the bottle upside down (with the lid closed!) and roll it back and forth between the palm of your hands.

Do you test on animals?
Why test on animals with all the humans in the world!? No, our products are vegan and cruelty-free.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?
Yes! All packaging can be recycled.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We do not have the ability to change or modify orders.
