We currently ship to the 50 states, Puerto Rico, Canada, and the uk. We also ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Canada, and internationally.

We offer two shipping speeds within the U.S., because sometimes you can wait and sometimes you can’t.
- Standard via USPS (3-8 business days, Saturday delivery included): $3.00
- Expedited via UPS (2-3 business days): $13.00
-First Class Mail International via USPS (11-15 business days): $10.00

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing and shipping (orders placed after 1 p.m. ET are processed the next business day). We believe in luxe with love and each order is handmade for you! You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is received, then a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships, and a delivery confirmation email once successfully delivered.
WHY ISN'T THE TRACKING NUMBER UPDATING?

"The color isn't the same that I saw online" – RANGE BEAUTY tries to accurately display and represent the colors of the products, however, the actual colors you see may depend on your monitor, screen resolution, undertones and more. Make sure to try a sample if you're unsure of a shade or it's undertone.

WHAT SKIN TYPES ARE RANGE BEAUTY PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?
Our products are appropriate for all skin types: they’re dermatologist tested, hypoallergenic, will not clog pores, paraben and sulfate free, as well as synthetic dyes and fragrances free. Our products are a fit whether you have sensitive, oily, dry, or combo skin.
DO YOU GUYS OFFER SAMPLES?

WILL MY PRODUCT MELT/DRY/FREEZE/EXPIRE/ETC.?
If the product is subjected to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it will not impact the product’s efficacy, though it may result in a thicker, thinner, or separated texture.
While the products don’t have a formal expiration date, it is generally recommended that they be used within 3 years of manufacture or 6 months after opening for best product quality.
DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?
Why test on animals with all the humans in the world!? No, our products are never tested on animals.
